By creating an account or using Tasty2Go, users agree to these Terms of Service.
1. Platform Nature
Tasty2Go is a technology marketplace platform that connects users with independent merchants offering discounted food and product packages.
Tasty2Go is not a restaurant, food producer, food distributor, food storage provider, courier service, or delivery company.
2. Self-Pickup Service
Tasty2Go operates exclusively as a self-pickup platform.
Users are responsible for collecting purchased items directly from the merchant location during the collection period specified in the application.
3. Orders
Orders become confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
Users are responsible for reviewing merchant information, pickup times, and package details before purchasing.
4. Surprise Packages
Many products available on Tasty2Go are surprise packages.
Users acknowledge and agree that:
- Package contents may vary.
- Product images are illustrative only.
- Exact items are not guaranteed.
- Availability is limited.
5. Merchant Responsibility
Independent merchants are solely responsible for:
- Product quality
- Food safety
- Ingredient information
- Allergen disclosures
- Expiration dates
- Packaging
- Compliance with applicable laws
Tasty2Go does not prepare, manufacture, store, package, transport, or deliver any food products.
6. User Responsibility
Users agree to:
- Provide accurate information where possible.
- Protect their account credentials.
- Use the platform lawfully.
- Respect merchants and staff.
- Refrain from fraudulent activity or misuse of promotions.
7. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, content, designs, and intellectual property associated with Tasty2Go remain the exclusive property of Tasty2Go.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tasty2Go shall not be liable for:
- Food quality issues
- Product defects
- Allergic reactions
- Merchant conduct
- Inaccurate merchant information
- User failure to collect orders
- Indirect or consequential damages
9. Account Suspension
Tasty2Go may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable laws, or platform policies.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Mongolia. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiations and, if unresolved, through the competent courts of Mongolia.
11. Updates
Tasty2Go may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
