Tasty2Go MGL LLC ("Tasty2Go", "we", "our", or "us") respects and protects the privacy of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when users access or use the Tasty2Go application and related services.

Providing optional information is not required to use the Tasty2Go service.

- Age or date of birth
- Profile picture
User Generated Content
Users may voluntarily submit:
- Reviews and ratings

- Product photos
- Merchant photos
- Images uploaded through the device camera or photo library

- Usage and diagnostic information
2. Location Information
With the user's permission, Tasty2Go may temporarily access device location information to display nearby merchants and improve the user experience.
Tasty2Go does not permanently store or retain precise GPS location information after the location request has been completed.
3. How We Use Information
Information may be used to:
- Create and manage user accounts
- Process purchases and self-pickup orders
- Provide customer support
- Improve platform performance and user experience
- Investigate complaints and disputes
- Prevent fraud and misuse
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Payments
Payments are currently processed through QPay and approved payment providers.
Tasty2Go does not store users' bank card numbers, payment passwords, or sensitive banking credentials.

- Technology and cloud service providers
- Government authorities when required by law
6. Camera and Photo Library Access
Tasty2Go may request access to:
- Device camera
- Device photo library
These permissions are used solely for:
- Uploading feedback photos
- Submitting complaints
- Uploading merchant or product images
- Updating profile pictures
7. Account Deletion
Users may permanently delete their account at any time through the application settings without approval from Tasty2Go.
Following deletion:
- User profile information will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
- Certain transaction, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and legally required records may be retained as required by law.
8. Security
Tasty2Go uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes
Tasty2Go may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
